BCUK Self fit conversion kit to transform your conventional barrow into a high spec 24v power barrow.

Supplied in kit form, including everything to have you going within minutes with absolutely no need for drilling, cutting or modifying of anything - Complete PLUG & PLAY.

Your kit will consist of:
 
⚫️ 24v 350w Hub motor wheel with conversion forks, pre attached for ease of fitment (plug and play)
 
⚫️ Brushless Variable speed, electronic power control unit in a weatherproof casing, fully sealed and IP66 rated. 
 
⚫️ Fully weatherproof variable speed thumb throttle controller with LED Battery meter.
 
⚫️ Thumb throttle handle bracket to suit your barrow & hardware.
 
⚫️ Complete wiring harness, fully terminated using fully sealed, weatherproof connectors.
 
⚫️ Battery pack of choice along with battery link  - Choice of SLA or Lithium (LiFePo4)
 
⚫️ Battery charger to suit the battery application - SLA or Lithium (LiFePo4)
 
⚫️ Fixing kit.

The additional throttle connection is to allow you to completely remove the handles from your barrow leaving the wiring in place.
 
This is for transportation and/or storage of your barrow, there is already a connection for this though located at the control module end. The additional connection is located at the thumb screw for securing your handles.
 
This isn’t necessarily necessary as with a simple service loop in the wiring, allows you to remove and fold the handle over the top of the barrow for transport, saving additional connections and of course pennies.
