Shipping & Returns Policy

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

  • Shipment processing time on orders are processed within 28 business days unless specified on our listings of the specific items.

 

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays these days also do not count on the day counts.

 

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments dates and etas may be delayed and adjusted.

 

  • Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Parcelforce Worldwide Express 48 estimated delivery 2-4 days working days (not including weekends)

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature - estimated delivery 1-3 working days (not including weekends)

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature - estimated delivery 1-4 days working days (not including weekends)

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm - estimated delivery next working day (not including weekends)

International Shipping

​

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

​

  • International shipping costs DO NOT include import bill duties and taxes where applicable this will be charged to the receiver to pay upon delivery.

​

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own international shipping costs for returning your items and any import/export bill duties and taxes.

Cancellation Policy

​

  • Any cancellations made in less than 10 weeks from the date the order was placed will result in a cancellation fee, as all delivery and dispatch times as clearly stated on all listings.

Return & Refund Policy

 

  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an unwanted item from the date you received it.

 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.

 

  • Your item must be in the original packaging unopened.

 

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

  • Please contact us via 01293 859 121 and speak to a member of staff to confirm your return is valid, they will request for you to also email at sales@barrowconversions.co.uk to report any issues with your products and please note the person you have spoken with at BCUK

Refunds

 

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

 

  • We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Please note once a refund is processed this procedure can take between 7-14 working day for the funds to reach your account, depending on your method of payment or card issuer.

 

Shipping Returned items

 

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

 

  • Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.​

Warranty

​

  • We offer a 12 month manufacturing warranty on all our products, please note only manufacturing defects will be covered under your warranty, if you have a fault please contact us on 0800 099 6209 or sales@barrowconversions.co.uk to get your product booked in for an inspection, once we receive your item back our fully trained BCUK technician will carry out a full inspection and report back with there diagnosis. If the faulty items have been found to have been damaged by user error ie fitted incorrectly (not as per our instructions) or normal wear, and tear or anything that is considered as abuse then the customer will be liable for the cost of the repairs as this is not a manufacturing defect and will NOT be covered under your warranty, Please note batteries are also excluded from our 12 month warranty they come with a 6 month warranty only.​

  • Your warranty will start from the date your order is dispatched.
